Manufacture Defect Warranty
: We offer 30-day manufacture defect warranty where we cover the cost of repairs and return shipping charges. The Manufacturer Warranty covers from the date of receipt, any manufacturing defect that cause the airsoft product not to work properly. It does not cover misuse, abuse, mishandling, disassembly, cosmetic imperfection. It also does not cover lack of compliance with instructions from user’s manual, usage of low-grade bb’s or reused bb’s, or failure to provide proper maintenance.
Refund
:
Returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery may qualify for a full refund.
In order to receive full refund, the product must be returned in resalable condition, with all the original packaging, accessories, and tools.
Returns that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to seller’s error will qualify for up to 50% of the item’s price.
Returning product for reasons not due to seller’s error may result in 15% restocking fee.
