Description

THIS LISTING IS PART OF OUR CONTINUING LIQUIDATION OF STERLING SILVER and GOLD FILLED JEWELRY.
LIQUIDATION of A HALF-DOZEN 12kt GOLD FILLED RINGS.
"Spinning Ball" (Style 7150-GF)
Package of 6 GOLD FILLED rings, each with a Semi-Precious stone ball.
The rings were hand-crafted from 19 gauge,12 kt Gold Filled wire.
The 3mm - 4mm stone beads spin within a frame on the ring shank.
Sizes are assorted in the range of about 4 to 8, but primarily sizes 5, 6, & 7.
Stones and sizes are randomly selected for each pack.  No two packs of rings
are identical. Each set of the Gold Filled rings will be shipped in a zip-top bag.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
DEFINITION of GOLD FILLED:
An item with a sheet (layer) of gold applied to its surface.
More specifically,
it is a layer of 10 Kt or better gold mechanically bonded
under heat and pressure to the surface of a supporting base metal,
then rolled or drawn to a given thickness.
The finished product  has a surface layer of gold of the appropriate
Karat content, which is very thick compared to Rolled Gold Plate
or the heaviest Gold Electroplate material.
THUS, the Gold layered in this manner will last longer than
Rolled Gold Plate or Gold Electroplate.
Please note:
Most of the Gold Filled items in this auction are 12 Kt Gold Filled
or greater.   Some may be as high as 14 Kt Gold Filled.
