Description

Bring your car to life with a Mods4Cars module, which enhances the existing functionality of your vehicle through electronic integration of many additional features. Depending on the module, such features can include opening/closing the convertible top using the factory key, operating the convertible top while driving, or TV/DVD playback while driving.

Important:
Our module is generally compatible to all CLK (A209) models, but on the earliest models (2004) there are some limitations: On CLKs model year 2004 the roof can be operated while driving, but not using the "one-touch" feature. This is due to the way the roof button is directly wired to the roof controller on this model only. Please see manual for full function description and model differences.

Remote Control Of Convertible Top
Open/Close your convertible top using the original factory remote control key / key fob.
Open/Close Top While Driving
Open/Close your top while driving. Speed programmable up to 40kmh (CLK) / 60kmh (SLK & SL).
One-Touch Power Convertible Top
"One-Touch" convertible top operation allows your top to open or close automatically.
Range Extender
Increases the remote range, allowing you to operate the top from the same distance as the door locks.
Full text setup in car display
Configure functions of the module to meet your personal preferences via our full text setup menu.
Passive / Invisible Mode
Turn the whole module off with an easy key sequence. Ideal when letting someone else drive your car.
Separate window control
Raise and lower the windows separately by remote without activating the top.
Comfort Window Close
One-Touch operation when closing all windows simultaneously via the separate driver's door switch.
Full Rear Window Control
Raise rear windows with top down.
Top Convenience Mode
Turning the ignition on or off does not interrupt convertible top operation.
Chirp-Signal Function
When locking and/or unlocking the car, the horn sounds briefly if desired.
Hazard Signals
Optionally the hazard blinkers are activated while top is operated from the remote.
Automatic Door Locks
Set power locks to automatically lock and unlock the doors when you drive.
Keyless Go Top Control (SL)
Open and close the top by touching the door handle three times.
Home Light
Remotely activate the headlights for 30 seconds.
Reversible Plug-In Installation
Remove anytime allowing sale or return of a leased vehicle in it's original condition.
USB Port For Easy Setup / Updates
This module can be configured and updated using any Mac or PC.
