Sometimes physical damage may not be visible on the outside covers; however, when the drone is apart we might find damaged flex cables or cracked covers, etc. We will email an adjusted estimate.
Please do not ship the battery or any other accessories with your drone - just drone and remote
Make sure to ship it with tracking and signature request.
Total price of the repair will include return shipping. Please provide a valid return address. Turn around service will take about 1-2 business days if parts are in stock. If there is a back order on parts, we will update you with an ETA.
